About the Typeface

Renown Monoline Family is our newest flagship font family. Three weights are provided in both slab serif and sans serif formats, with small caps in the lower case. This display typeface is perfect for website headings, blog post titles, and advertising materials.

Renown Monoline was created from our hyper-stylized Tattoo Boss Monoline. After making some minor modifications, Renown Monoline was born. Shortly thereafter, Renown Monoline Sans was created as well.

Once the basic letters for Renown Monoline and Monoline Sans were created, I started looking to expand out the glyphs, far further than I'd ever pushed with Tattoo Boss Monoline. Taking inspiration from other monoline and monoline sans fonts, I added numbers, punctuation, and accented characters. The final inspiration was to replace the lower case with small caps, extending the font even further.

The result, a versatile and modern font family, perfect for headlines, titles, and logos on your print or website projects.
