About the Typeface

Cvlt Rvne takes us to the cold wintery lands of Norway, where Black Metal and vikings stalk the frigid Norse wastelands. Cvlt Rvne also takes inspiration from the back alleys of Los Angeles to develop characters that are more easily interpreted as Latin Characters as compared to traditional runic / rune shapes.

At first glance you might think that the upper and lowercase are identical - they are not. Many lowercase characters have been created by rotating or flipping a completely different uppercase letter.
